You can steer this further from your portal Settings: choose which article types you want, add your own custom types, and list topics you would rather we avoided.

WordPress, Shopify, Ghost, Webflow, Drupal, Joomla and BigCommerce all connect once and then publish automatically, hero image and all. Every other platform can pull articles from our content API, receive them by signed webhook, get ready-to-paste HTML by email, or display them through our embed widget. Switch on approval mode from your portal Settings and every article waits for your go-ahead before it is scheduled anywhere. Approve it and we slot it straight into your posting plan; reject it and we write a different one in its place. Leave approval mode off, which is the default, and articles publish automatically without you lifting a finger.

Each article can have its hero image regenerated up to twice from your portal, so if the first attempt is not quite right you get two more tries, free. The article text itself is not directly editable in the portal, but if approval mode is switched on you can always reject an article you are not happy with and we will write a replacement instead.

No, and we would rather you never gave it to us. WordPress connections use an Application Password, a separate access code you generate yourself that only allows posting, never your account login. You can revoke it from your WordPress dashboard at any time without changing your actual password.

Whichever timezone you set for your site in your portal Settings. Every publish time, including the 09:00 slot your first article and every article after it uses, is calculated against that timezone, so your blog updates at a sensible time for your actual audience.

Yes. Your portal shows every article already scheduled, with its planned publish date, under "Coming up" on your site's page. If approval mode is on, anything waiting for your decision shows up there too, clearly marked.

Just update your delivery method from your portal. Your content keeps flowing exactly the same, we simply start delivering it through the new method instead, and nothing already published or delivered is affected.
